How we check what we publish

Every tool states its purpose, its limits, and where its rules come from. We cite region- and year-specific references, re-check them on a schedule, and correct mistakes in the open.

    • Does not diagnose, rank symptoms by disease, or analyze free text for urgency.
    • "Not recorded" and "None observed" are always shown separately; missing fields are never displayed as zero.
    • Export is labeled as caregiver-provided information.

    • Medication names, doses and instructions are kept word-for-word as entered; nothing is auto-completed, converted, or checked.
    • Never calculates a dose from weight, never suggests what to do after a missed dose, and never checks interactions.
    • On-screen schedules are not a reminder service; browser reminders cannot be guaranteed to reach you.

    Limits, as written

    • Shows mathematical change only (absolute and percentage); it is not a medical judgment.
    • No "normal/abnormal" zones, no ideal-weight claim, and no cat BMI.
    • At least two valid measurements are required before any change is shown.
    • A change in scale or unit can add noise; the tool flags it, it never turns it into a medical alert.
