What PetsLately is

PetsLately, operated by Xi'an Lanyan Software Technology Co., Ltd., provides consumer record-keeping and educational software through its website and iOS app. It helps you organize observations, care routines, medication completion records, visit context, and other records about your cat. PetsLately is not a veterinary practice, clinic, hospital, online pet hospital, telemedicine provider, diagnostic service, or emergency service.

No veterinary relationship or medical advice

Using PetsLately does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. PetsLately does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication dosing, or personalized emergency triage.

Outputs are organized records and mathematical descriptions of your own entries. They are not medical conclusions, risk scores, diagnoses, or instructions to delay or avoid veterinary care. Decisions about your cat's health belong to you and a licensed veterinarian. If you think your cat may be in immediate danger, do not wait for a website or automated response; contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service now.

Your data

Website entries stay in your browser and iOS app records stay in the app's local storage as described in the Privacy Policy. Files you export are yours. We claim no ownership over the content you enter.

You are responsible for protecting exported files and backups. Files shared or saved outside PetsLately are handled by the destination you choose and are not controlled by PetsLately.

Medication reminders

Medication schedules, completion check-offs, and notifications are record-keeping conveniences only. A notification may be delayed, suppressed, or missed, and a notification is not proof that medication was given. PetsLately does not verify prescriptions, medication names, doses, timing, interactions, or suitability. Follow the prescribing veterinarian's instructions and use an appropriate independent reminder or emergency plan when needed.

Availability and accuracy

The website and app are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep information current and sources cited, but we cannot guarantee that the products are error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or always available. You are responsible for keeping any backup or independent record you need.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or app, attempt to disrupt either product, or scrape the website in ways that degrade service for others.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
